Wednesday 20th January 2010 marks the first anniversary of Barack Obama's inauguration as President of the United States.

 

To mark the occasion, Generation 2 Generation is proud to present a stimulating debate and networking event on Obama's first year in charge. It will be a wide-ranging discussion focusing on the economy, foreign policy, the conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan, trans-atlantic relations and much more beside. The following heavyweight commentators will discuss whether Obama has fulfilled the massive expectations which followed his election:
